It was reported on the street that AlphaTec was pulling the Isobar Evolution Dynamic Rod and Screw System from the market, and only allowing the surgeons in the study to continue to use this product. TSB wants to know what our eyes and ears on the street are hearing.
Is this going down the same path as the medtronic "fragile" rod?
ReplyDeleteare peek rods next?
ReplyDeleteTSB, you published this rumor the day before Alphatec priced a secondary. You generally appear to be a neutral and skeptical observer of this industry so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt for now. However, this could be misconstrued to be a self-serving post depending on your financial interest in ATEC's stock/options or competitors, which would be unethical, a betrayal of your readership, and could get you in trouble with the SEC.
ReplyDeleteyou've got to be kidding me 9:10 am!! take off hoser.
ReplyDelete9:10. Please get serious when you make a comment. If this blogsight has that much influence it's time for TSB to start charging people like yourself a subscription fee.
ReplyDelete9:10 This is coming from a person who refuses to let their own name be known here? Talk about calling the kettle black.
ReplyDeleteATEC and HPC look at who is calling the kettle black.
ReplyDeleteI find it interesting about Alphatec is that they play so "straight laced" in the public forum, but they participate in at least one SOD that I know of. I realize that business is business, but when do we hold he suppliers to these SODs responsible for supporting them?
ReplyDeleteWasn't there a rumor that there was some shady dealing going on in LBCA?
ReplyDeleteCan anyone post a link to the public announcement please?
