Another Love TKO

It was announced today, that Paradigm BioDevices, Incorported a Boston based manufacturer of minimally invasive orthopedic and spinal instrumentation, and the national distributor of novel and zero profile spinal fusion technologies was granted favorable rectification of a contract that existed between PBD and Surgicraft LTD a wholly owned subsidiary of Centinel Spine, LLC, a portfolio company of Viscogliosi Brothers, LLC.

As per PBD's President and CEO Mike O'Neill, the high court ruled that Surgicraft did not honor its contractual obligations. Surgicraft has already defaulted on a court order to remunerate PBD. A subsequent hearing has been placed on the docket to assess further damages and legal fees due PBD.

With all the capital that V3 has raised over the last year, you would think it was time to pony up and move on considering that this was handled poorly from the start. But you know what the late T Pendergrass would've sang;

"Lookin' back over my years, I guess I've shed some tears
Told myself time and time again this time I'm gonna win
But another fight, things ain't right, I'm losin' again
Takes a fool to lose twice and start all over again,
Think I better let it go, looks like another love TKO."

TSB would say that David finally slay Goliath on its own home court. Now the question is, will they pay up? TSB wants to know what our readers think?

  3. 8:38 you cowardly good-for-nothing ingrate. The announcement happened a few hours ago. Ever think MM might have a job like the rest of us? I doubt he leads such a sedentary and mundane lifestyle where he just sits around clicking refresh on google and then opines about it immediately on his blog. This blog is FREE, you (and I) are entitled to nothing. Cut the guy some slack!

TSB has been unemployed since a short stint at Choice Spine - in 2009. Unless he is "consulting" or working with a local distributor in the New Jersey area, he very well could be unemployed.

Yup. Considering how many of us readers know who he is, I find it remarkable nobody has let the cat out of the bag regarding his identity. TSB is similar to Batman in that his readership maintains his identity in confidence as to not jeopardize his efforts.

  8. After years of telling all who will listen about their Grandmom's ethical teachings, what would their loving "La Nonna" say about their most recent conduct? She always said remember boys, "an illgotten dollar will be cursed tenfold".

  9. Right is right and wrong is wrong. Too many people think because you can make some lame legal argument, that you are entitled to cheat someone. I know Mike and he is a tough, hardnosed sales genius that not everyone is going to love, but he is fair and he is honest. Wish there were more like him in the industry.

  10. hey 12:37 right on! You may not like it but with Mike you always know where you stand. Never found him to be dishonest in any way. I spoke to him early on in this scandal and he never doubted that he would win and look who turned out to be the dishonest cheats!

  13. anonymous at 10:01 am is Mahmoud Abdelgany from Custom Spine. Email him at mahmoud@customspine and let him know that we are sick of his negative comments that he constantly posts. The rest of us enjoy reading what TSB has to say and the dialog that it generates. Mahmoud nobody gives a shit about your opinions.

  14. I once distributed product for that company. Foul mouth is as dumb as a bag of rocks. He reeked of cigarette smoke and came to a meeting in New Balance sneakers and a trench coat. Looked more like a flasher than a CEO.

  15. Who are you talking about 7:29?

  16. Couldn't be talking about Mike O'Neill, he wears real clothes and doesn't address people as Bro. A grown man calling another grown man Bro, now there's a real CEO.

  17. Mike's pretty solid. I am sure there will be a lot more to come out on this one. I hope they hid the bodies well.

  20. It looks like the Welsh Red Dragon and the God Father have been truly Stuffed (slayed) by one of Gods Angels. Trouble was that the Red Dragon was misguided by his Las Vegas slot machine who was more interested in stealing his welsh gold rather than give him professional advice.

  27. This family is led by Freddo, not Michael. He was booted out for quality and forth-rightness.

Do you think Freddo, Sonny, Potato Head, and the Village idiot have this one figured out... Afterall, it only took six months to screw this one up! Freddo, tell Sonny to put that in the next "...Post." We can circulate it at NASS. Better yet, call Robin. He's always good for bogus attention.
