TSB Public Service Announcement

Are you tired of the way your company is treating you? Do you wake up in the morning wondering what a nuisance your regional manager is? Have you ever thought about breaking away on your own and really working for yourself?  Well, if you are, you have to start somewhere.  There are plenty of companies out there that have products that would compliment your customers needs. Why do you want to make the shareholders of your company rich?  Do you believe that they care about you or your family? Like vampires they suck the life out of everything.  If you want to explore other spine opportunities  or spine products drop an email to flhr2003@gmail.com to find out if you can add something to the your bag that will help you increase your earnings.

  1. I don't know if this is such a good idea. The thing that makes this blog valuable is that it bites everyone equally. There's a reason Consumer Reports magazine doesn't take ads.

  2. This sounds like a pyramid scheme. This post needs to be deleted.

    4. 11:21am, either this is your first time reading TSB, or you're a big dumby. Either way, you should know TSB is no one person. It is a group of so called "industry experts" that all take turns contributing content for the blog.

MM, you're starting to turn into quite the prick these days. Is this "the people's blog" as your sub-header states or is this your own personal soap box. You need to make a choice and stick to it. It can't be both.

    5. in essence anyone's blog is their own 'soap box' and we all have the choice to read it or not.

I still believe MSM is one person - his writing style is to unique (and enjoyable) to be several different people. Although several months back there was some amateur at the helm for a while. I forgive for that.

  3. Since the corporate schmucks don't respect us reps in the industry, TSB thought we would help our fellow DePuy and Synthes Reps find some alternative products.

    1. You are and idiot. Just what we need, more tier 3 and below products lowering our price even further and failing in patients...

  4. TSB's posts to the highest bidder! After all the railing about rampant commercialism in the industry, you finally decided to come over to the other side. Ideology doesn't quite pay the bills, eh TSB?

  5. 80% of the joker robot reps working for the big companies couldn't run there own business on their own. Buy liability insurance, payroll etc...haha comedy!!!

  7. Drugs and Medical devices shouldn't be sold by greedy reps. The tests specifications should be done by an independent testing agency. Doctors should not be allowed to be PODs nor should they get kickbacks. The best products will win not the best salesman. Anything else is evil.

    2. Right, so a company creates a drug or a device, and then just sits back and waits for the purchase orders to start rolling in? Good one.

    3. You put the devices in medical journals that are akin to Consumer Reports. This way MDs are buying the steak and not the sizzle and kickback.

If it is a good drug or device and the doctor wants the best for his patients they patients will get what is best.

NOW IT IS *** FACT TIME *** CONS HATE FACTS!

Do you think US doctors get paid enough, too much or too little? If you think they get paid enough or not enough then do you think that non American doctors get paid too little even though they are better at their craft?

    1. TSB TAKES NO MONEY FROM THE INDUSTRY. WOULD WE HELP SOMEONE? YES INDEED. DO WE NEED TO TELL YOU OUR MOTIVATION FOR DOING THIS? NO. AS FOR PEOPLE ACCUSING US OF TAKING KICKBACKS, HERE ARE THE FACTS, NEVER HAVE AND NEVER WILL. WE LEAVE THAT TO THOSE SURGEONS, DISTRIBUTORS, AND COMPANIES THAT CLOAK THEMSELVES IN THE AMERICAN JURISPRUDENCE SYSTEM.

  9. If you have to advertise for reps on this blog you probably don't have much in the way of products, organization or vision that I would be interested in although I applaud the effort.

  10. I posted the email you gave on a MSM Website. You profile describes you as a power bottom and into water sports. Good luck on the recruiting!

  11. The orthopaedic landscape is changing and changing quickly. Think about three changes that will occur before the next NASS meeting in Texas: 1. Several hugh stocking distributorships will be formed by distributors left out in the cold by the JNJ/Synthes merger 2. Some of the new smaller spinal startup companies will begin shipping product through Owens and Minor and will not require a rep for inventory control. 3. Certain PODs will be deemed legal by the US Government. Watch the changes take place, it will be interesting to watch.
